Mindful Yoga: 8 Session In-Person Class

Come relax after a long day and reconnect with your body and mind through breathwork and mindfulness techniques. Space will be made for discussions around mindfulness and a yoga flow to follow that will include some of the skills learned as well as strength building through poses.
