Nick Lisotto is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. An Italian wine specialist, Nick is currently working his way through a Master of Wine program. He has built food and beverage programs throughout the country and is currently consulting for Stepstone Hospitality.
Nick is also a chef with an incredibly strong culinary background, most well-known for his work with pasta at Vetri. He is currently the founder of Sorriso Pasta which uses freshly milled flour to make artisan pasta, which he sells at his wine and spirit shop Sorriso Vino in Brookline.
