Often considered the greatest English playwright, Shakespeare’s dramas have been read, performed, and made into films numerous times. In this one-day workshop, we will explore different theatrical ways, from the traditional to the irreverent, to recite and perform fragments of his work. This workshop is designed to provide a better understanding of Shakespeare for actors and non-actors alike. Prior to the workshop, students will be given a six-line mini-monologue or soliloquy.
